Security Reminder and Best Practices

At Visual Matrix, we value the security of every client hotel. Here are some security reminders and best practices to keep in mind when working with our team.

1. Our staff only uses Zoho Assist for support. We never use TeamViewer. Support requests are delivered by email to your hotel using our ticketing system. These requests are viewable within our support portal in addition to the email delivery.

2. We will always identify ourselves by name and provide ticket numbers, which are visible to your hotel from within our support portal at

3. We will never ask for passwords, credit card information, or any other sensitive data.4. Never be afraid to verify the identity of a caller by hanging up and calling our published support number, 214-291-4000. Simply choose 1 for Support and ask for the caller by name.
