Visual Matrix Best Western Client Giveaway Terms & Conditions

ELIGIBILITY
Open only to current Best Western clients of MOP or Visual Matrix PMS who have an active account or signed service agreement as of October 17, 2025. Entrants must be hotel owners or managers in the U.S. and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Visual Matrix, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible. Eligibility will be confirmed before winner selection and again prior to prize delivery.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The giveaway begins October 6, 2025 and ends October 17, 2025. Entries submitted outside this period are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER
All eligible clients are automatically entered; no additional action, purchase, or payment is required.

PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive an Amazon gift card valued at $250.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on October 25, 2025, and be notified by phone within one (1) business day. The winner must respond and provide the required information within 48 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.

PRIZE DELIVERY
Eligibility will be reconfirmed prior to shipment. The prize will be delivered via standard shipping approximately seven (7) days after the giveaway ends.
