Visual Matrix Appoints Lissa Marten as New Leader to Drive Growth

Today, we're pleased to share a leadership update at Visual Matrix: Lissa Marten has joined Visual Matrix as CEO, and Georgine Muntz is transitioning to the Visual Matrix Board of Directors.

Over the past several years, Georgine has led Visual Matrix through an important chapter of product improvement, customer focus, and growth. During that time, Visual Matrix became simpler and more useful for the hotel teams who depend on it every day. The team improved the hotel management platform, expanded customer training through the Empower U Learning Center, strengthened mobile tools for housekeeping, maintenance, and team communication, and introduced safety resources to help hotel teams identify and prevent human trafficking.

As Georgine transitions to the Board, we're thankful for the foundation she has helped build for Visual Matrix's continued success.

As we look ahead, we're proud to welcome Lissa Marten as CEO.

Lissa joins Visual Matrix from ASG, where she has led vertical software companies with a focus on growth, customer experience, and team development. A graduate of The Wharton School, Lissa brings deep operating experience from her previous roles as CEO of Link2Feed and COO of Radicle Health. Across her career, she has earned a reputation for moving quickly, building strong teams, and staying close to what customers need today and in the future.

"Georgine has done an incredible job building a platform that truly serves the needs of hoteliers. I am honored to step into this role and build upon that success. My goal is to continue our focus for 2026: delivering smarter, stronger tools that simplify hotel operations, raising the bar on our white-glove support, and standing shoulder to shoulder with the hospitality industry."
Lissa Marten, Visual Matrix

For Visual Matrix customers, this next chapter is about building on our already strong foundation. The relationships and service you rely on are not changing.

Our focus is straightforward: continue making Visual Matrix simpler, stronger, and more useful in the daily work of running a hotel. That means improving and creating new tools that help teams manage operations, investing in support that is responsive and practical, and building with the realities of hotel work in mind.

More than 3,000 properties in 40+ countries rely on Visual Matrix to help run their operations and serve guests from reservation to return stay. That responsibility matters to us. Every product improvement, support interaction, and customer partnership is part of our commitment to providing a better way to be a great hotelier.

We're grateful to Georgine for the foundation she has helped build, and we're looking forward to what Visual Matrix will continue to deliver under Lissa's leadership.
