Visual Matrix Introduces New Brand, New Product Plans, and More in First Half of 2022

This year we've been busy introducing lots of exciting developments in a renewed commitment to empower hospitality with an all-in-one technology solution for tackling market challenges, like labor shortages, and whatever the future may bring. Below is a quick look at what we've been up to so far this year. And we've still got six months to go!

  1. New Brand and Website – An outward sign of our renewed commitment to hoteliers 
  2. New Product Plans – One size does not fit all, so we now offer three packages: VM C (Core), VM+ (Core + more), and VM E (Enterprise)  
  3. MOP by Visual Matrix – MOP (Mobile Operating Platform) automates front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance operations and keeps teams connected and on the same page while on the go
  4. Weekly Tip Sheets – Quick, helpful tips and news emailed to our hoteliers every week
  5. First eBook – “Redefining the Role of the Property Management System in Hospitality Through Innovation and Collaboration” helps hoteliers avoid costly siloes of disparate systems by building a fully integrated tech stack 
  6. VM Community – An online community exclusively for Visual Matrix users to share ideas, learn from each other, and help guide the development of our hospitality operating system
  7. Live Chat for Support – Ideal for busy front desk staff who need instant support using Visual Matrix, so they can focus on serving guests
  8. EmpowerU – Online, classroom-style training to get new hotel staff up and running on Visual Matrix fast 
  9. Knowledge Base Expansion – We continue to grow our searchable online resource of how-to articles and videos about using Visual Matrix
  10. New Releases – We’ve been busy with our MOP to Visual Matrix PMS integration and a new no-show tracking feature to increase revenue. Coming next is the rollout of a new look and feel of Visual Matrix – new UI/UX!
  11. HTNG Express PMS Integration Spec V1.0 – We’ve developed the first direct integration between two products, using the new HTNG Express PMS Spec V1.0
