Knowledge Base is a key support hub for clients using Visual Matrix PMS and MOP software, so we’re excited to launch a new Spanish version for those who prefer reading and learning in their native language.
Our hope is the new Spanish version will:
- Save Spanish-speaking users valuable time and help them be more productive, since they won’t have to take extra steps to translate the information they need.
- Increase engagement with our Knowledge Base, empowering Spanish-speaking users to find quick answers to their questions so they can spend more time focusing on serving their guests.
- Help Spanish-speaking users learn how to use our software much quicker and retain what they’ve learned easier, since it’s in their native language.
- Help hotels onboard new Spanish-speaking staff more efficiently and effectively.
To access the new Spanish version, simply go to help.visualmatrix.com as usual, look in the upper right-hand corner, and change English to Español from the dropdown menu.
