Visual Matrix leadership team grows with two new executives
Appointments are another example of the tech leader’s ongoing commitment to meeting the needs of hoteliers while preparing them for future success
Visual Matrix, an industry-leading provider of advanced technology solutions for the hospitality industry, was proud to announce today the addition of Suchitra Reddy and Maria Resendiz to its leadership team.
Reddy was named Chief Information Officer (CIO) and will be leading the implementation and management of the company’s information and computer technology systems to ensure they continually align with the needs of the company and of its hotel clients. Prior to joining Visual Matrix, Reddy spent almost 10 years at Exeter Finance. The last six years she was Vice President of Enterprise PMO & QA for the subprime auto lender.
Resendiz was named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategies and operations, while driving stability, supporting business objectives, and setting a foundation for long-term growth. She came to Visual Matrix from MediMatrix, a healthcare technology company, where she was Vice President of Finance. Prior to that Resendiz was Vice President of Finance for KidKare by Minute Menu, a leader in childcare software.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Suchi and Maria to the Visual Matrix team and look forward to their contributions that will keep moving us, and our clients, forward. This year has been a game-changer for us, and with the addition of these two powerhouses, it just keeps getting better,” Charlie Rhodes, Visual Matrix Chief Operating Officer, said.
This year alone Visual Matrix has introduced all-new product plans and an all-new website and brand. It also acquired MOP, its new standalone mobile operating platform, published its first ebook, created the VM Community where Visual Matrix users can collaborate, introduced a new online chat feature for live, instant support, and opened EmpowerU, its new online learning hub. Next year the company will rollout an all-new UI/UX and continue to focus on its product roadmap, working with its Client Advisory Board on the client experience, and adding valuable new integrations.
“We’ve built a team that understands what it takes to thrive in the hospitality industry, and we’re more committed than ever to provide hotels with the tech and support they need to stay ahead of the curve and maximize opportunities that lie ahead,” Jason Hughes, Visual Matrix Chief Technology Officer, said.
A key benefit of using Visual Matrix is the return on investment it offers hotels through automation. According to the company, hotels can save up to 2,500 labor hours a year using its technology, which translates into thousands of dollars in savings per hotel role, from managers and front desk staff to room attendants and maintenance.
